Meaning
It denotes a surreal YouTube war between singing human-headed toilets and humanoids with cameras, speakers and TVs for heads. As slang it means something weird, cringey or brain-rotted, usually with affectionate irony. It is casual Gen Alpha speech, not formal language.

The first short was posted in February 2023 by animator Alexey Gerasimov on his YouTube channel DaFuq!?Boom!, reportedly made with Source Filmmaker. The chant is commonly credited to a Biser King Dom Dom Yes Yes mashup. Clips spread through TikTok and YouTube Shorts in spring and summer 2023, making it a defining Gen Alpha meme.
How it's used
Fans use it as a reaction to absurd humor, gaming clips and school jokes. As slang it works as an interjection or uninflected attributive adjective, as in skibidi behavior. Adults often use it performatively to sound in on the joke.
